How to establish a Radio Reading Service in your local community.

By selecting the 'file' (WBU Asia Pacific Radio.doc) clip on this page you will be able to read my paper which was presented to the Asia Pacific Mid Term Assembly World Blind Union conference on Barrier Free Accessibility at Singapore on Wednesday 19th November 2003. Readers should be aware that this work is written to help and encourage others to begin their pursuit of a local Radio Reading Service  This work is not a blue print which is fool proof. It is a practical non academic paper in which some aspects of Radio Reading Service development are discussed.

As a direct outcome of this papers presentation we have been delighted to hear that the Mongolian Association Of the Blind has been given permission by their Government to establish a Radio Reading Service on FM.
